Its memory function retains the previous settings for quick restarts after breaks. Practical features include an easy-clean HD2 air filter, controlled-delivery oil pump, stainless steel muffler, captive nuts on the sprocket cover, and a monocoque cover with three quick-release fasteners. Thanks to 2-MIX technology, the saw also achieves up to 20% lower fuel consumption and 50% fewer emissions compared to STIHL two-stroke engines of equivalent power without this system.
