The MR001GZ01 is compatible with Makita XGT, LXT, and CXT batteries, offering maximum flexibility on site. It features an AC adaptor jack and a carry handle with a built-in FM antenna. The radio is IP65-rated for dust and shower resistance, making it suitable for tough jobsite conditions. It has a 2-speaker stereo system and can run up to 30 hours with a 40V Max XGT 4.0Ah Li-Ion battery. Elastomer bumpers and metal pipes protect the radio from rough handling. An AUX-IN jack allows connection to external audio sources. The digital AM/FM tuner includes an LCD backlit display, and illuminated control buttons and dials improve visibility. An adjustable sleep timer provides automatic shut-off for convenience.
